Our goal is to try to make I.T. services affordable for Rural Missouri. For all repair service we charge a rate of $50 per clock hour. Some of our services (like Hard Drive backups) are charged at a flat rate. Depending on distance to the site and time of day we may also charge a Service Call fee. Below is a breakdown of what we charge.
DIAGNOSIS - 25.00 - Fee is waived if you have us implement the solution.
On and Off Site Repair Work - 50.00/HR (unless Business I.T. package has been purchased)
After Hours/Emergency Service (Any on-site service done between the hours of 10:00 P.M. - 6:00 A.M.)- 75.00/HR + Service Call charge
